Wellfleet Raw Bars did a really nice job at our daughter's wedding this past September in Orleans. Zach and team were easy to work with and the Wellfleet oysters were incredibly fresh & delicious. We had several friends tell us later that "those were the BEST oysters I've ever eaten!" I went with a friend today to the Wellfleet OysterFest and was happy to see the Wellfleet Raw Bars booth... their oysters were great again today and WRB folks helping serve were very friendly. Absolutely fantastic across the board! Zach and his team were wonderful to work with - very professional, prompt with responses and so pleasant. The raw bar was not only beautiful to behold but so fresh and delicious! They kept up with the demand for oysters and littlenecks (shucking away) - some of the best I've ever had. The tuna sashimi and shrimp were also fresh and high quality and the sauces were great. For reference, there were 150 people at our wedding celebration. I highly recommend them - they were just fabulous!

We hired Wellfleet Raw Bars for our wedding cocktail hour. They were AMAZING! It was a touch of Cape Cod that we needed for our Marstons Mills backyard wedding.Coordination and communication with Zach was flawless.We had oysters, little necks, shrimp, and caviar with all the fixings; sauces, crème fraîche, toast points, potato chips. Everything was very fresh & the sauces were delicious.We have received so many compliments on the food and the experience of the Raw Bar.

Wellfleet Raw Bars came through for us in spectacular fashion for a company event we hosted there earlier this summer. Communication and coordination of the event were clear and effortless from the start. We hosted a clambake using another Cape company, but opted to use Wellfleet Raw Bars for our event due to the exceptional quality of their product - simply the best oysters, clams, tuna, and accoutrements one can find!Zach and Steven showed up when promised and were quick and efficient with their setup. The presentation of the raw bar, their service, and explanation to our guests of each item on the menu were top notch. I highly recommend using Wellfleet Raw Bars to cater your next event.

Working with Wellfleet Raw Bars was such a breeze. They were incredibly flexible with our needs (date changes, quantity changes) and were incredibly professional. I was even more impressed in their ability to chat with us about all their amazing seafood and the farmers who supplied them.Our experience was so easy and low maintenance—they showed up on-time, set-up, dished-out, and cleaned-up seamlessly. They were in-and-out without any mess and required nothing from us. We couldn't stop raving about how fresh/delicious the oysters/clams/shrimp were and are still obsessing over their homemade sauces. Would highly recommend their services and we'll definitely be using them for any Cape parties in the future!

Wellfleet Raw Bars was amazing. Their oysters were top notch, probably the best I’ve ever had. Zach did a great job with service for the wedding. They came in quietly and set up behind the scenes and were ready to go! I will be using these guys for all events in the future.

We hired the Wellfleet Raw Bars to come to our house and help us host a socially distanced raw bar on our patio. It exceeded all expectations! The Tuna Tartar with the sesame soy dipping sauce, the littlenecks w the mignonette sauce and the freshly harvested and shucked oysters were a HUGE HIT Furthermore-we had a million ENORMOUS shrimp with a tangy cocktail sauce and the whole operation was a class act. The set up was gorgeous=with flowers in a mason jar that were brought along and a gorgeous display table. I literally had to do NOTHING but enjoy my guests and I would recommend this operation day in and day out. I am already plotting when I can hire them again!
